Very Berry Muffins

I found myself with leftover buttermilk and berries to use. MMMMM..... I knew that buttermilk was cake's very best friend so I put it to good use. I consider myself a super fan of the Barefoot Contessa. I swear by her recipes. They are all amazing and have never let me down. You can name any book she has published , I have it . I came across a good breakfast muffin recipe and I did what I love to do...I gave it a little twist and maybe a turn ... I replaced the lemon zest for some grated orange zest, added 2 cups of blueberries and 1 cup of fresh raspberries. The trick to not getting soggy berries inside the muffins is to dust them with a little flour before folding them into the batter. boy where they yummy but don't tell anyone our little secret. ;)
